Institute for clinic and practice-coupled basic research. In 1977, the Thomas-Wildey-Institute was founded by Dr. Karl Daxl in Munich, who dedicated his work to new paths in medicine. The TWI now counts numerous physicians, institutions, research facilities and persons from the most diverse medical, economic, social, societal and political directions and groupings among its members, all of whom make their respective contributions to further develop the future of our society in a human-compatible way in medicine.
